ICSC AT BANGKOK CLIMATE ACTION WEEK 2026
The Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) joins Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026 with a series of events on climate, energy, and mobility – built around this year’s theme, “Rai Likit: Economy we shape, Climate We Share”.
Overview
Bangkok Climate Action Week (BKKCAW) is the largest annual climate gathering in the Asia Pacific region, with the aim of mobilizing individuals, communities, and institutions to co-create meaningful change, celebrating local leadership, and encouraging collective imagination to shape a climate-safe, inclusive future for Southeast Asia.
Inspired by London Climate Action Week, the 2026 edition of BKKCAW runs 3-11 October in venues across Bangkok, organized by the Just Transitions Incubator (JUTI) in collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. This year’s theme, Rao Likit – New Economy, New Climate, reflects the week’s ten thematic clusters across six cross-cutting agendas that each partner event is designed around.
ICSC is contributing to a number of events and activities organized under BKKCAW 2026, centered on climate, energy, and mobility: examining how Southeast Asian cities can accelerate a just, well-governed transition.
Final details for ICSC’s event programme are being finalized; this page will be updated as sessions are confirmed.
