Multi-Actor Partnership Towards Enhanced Local Climate Action (MAP-ELCA) is a three-year project that aims to champion successful local climate action and biodiversity protection cases through multi-sectoral collaboration in Eastern Visayas, specifically in these bioregions: (1) Guiuan, Eastern Samar; (2) Salcedo, Eastern Samar; and (3) Paranas, Samar.

It launched last July 28, 2023 in Tacloban City, which was attended by local government and civil society representatives committed to pursue climate action and biodiversity conservation in the region. 

MAP-ELCA is a project under Investing in Sustainability and Partnership for Inclusive Growth and Regenerative Ecosystems (INSPIRE), which is implemented by the Gerry Roxas Foundation (GRF) and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
