Remarks as delivered during the 31st Board Meeting of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) last March 28, 2022. In this meeting, ICSC deputy executive director Angelo Kairos Dela Cruz assumed the role of Alternate Civil Society Organizations (CSO) Active Observer and delivered intervention points for the Inclusive Green Financing Initiative. This speech is a product of small group volunteers who made sure that the interventions presented are spot on and defensible.
