ICSC at 2025 OGP Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting
The Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) is present at the 2025 Open Government Partnership (OGP) Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting, held from February 5-7, 2025 in Taguig City, Philippines. The conference gathers representatives from governments, non-government organizations, civil society, and high-level stakeholders, with the aim to share experiences and tackle progress of open government initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. ICSC is the Environment and Climate NGO Sector Representative to the Philippine Open Government Partnership’s (PH-OGP) Steering Committee from 2023-2027. ICSC at 2024 United Nations Climate Change Conference – COP29
The Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) is present at the 29th Conference of Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) from November 11-22, 2024 at the Baku Stadium in Baku, Azerbaijan. Held annually, COP gathers leaders and representatives of 198 parties, intergovernmental bodies, civil society, media, and others to discuss and find solutions to key issues in the climate crisis. ICSC at the Bonn Climate Change Conference – SB60
The Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) is participating at the annual Bonn Climate Meetings of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), from June 3 to 13, 2024 at the World Conference Center in Bonn, Germany. Revisiting the Experiences of E-Jeepney Adoption in Public Transport in the Philippines
Case studies and video documentaries on the adoption of electric jeepneys in the country are launched by ICSC in March 14, 2024 in an event titled “Revisiting the Experiences of E-Jeepney Adoption in Public Transport in the Philippines: Lessons and Ways Forward,” which serves as venue for national government agencies, local governments, transport cooperatives, electric vehicle developers, and civil society to discuss and collaborate in shaping a public transport system that is more efficient, inclusive, and empowering for all stakeholders.
