Ahead of World Car-free Day Baguio City counts people on bicycles
In advance of the celebration of World Car-Free Day, cycling advocates and the local government of Baguio City counted cyclists in seven areas in the city from September 17-19, 2022. They undertook this count to establish baseline data on the number of residents using bicycles for daily transport, to help local policymakers make informed decisions on transport route network planning.

Call for volunteer MM counters for June 3 Bike Day
28 May 2021 -- We are looking for volunteers to help us count cyclists and pedestrians in Quezon City, Marikina City, San Juan City, and Pasig City on June 3, World Bicycle Day! Metro Manila Counts! (MMC) is a collaboration between the four city governments and ICSC, MNL Moves, The Climate Reality Project Philippines, 350.org Pilipinas, and Pinay Bike Commuter in response to the lack of regular data on non-motorized transport, particularly cycling and walking. Metro Manila Counts! Volunteer Count Training Workshop to be held on May 22
With the International Bike Day coming, we hope to count cyclists to complete the picture of the majority that use the roads and bike lanes in Metro Manila.
