QUEZON CITY, October 8, 2024 – The Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) is now accepting applications for the Jaime Espina Klima Correspondents Fellowship this 2024. ICSC is a Philippine-based non-government organization advocating fair climate policy and low carbon, climate-resilient development.
