In Just Four Hours, This Group Recorded 38,932 Cyclists In The Metro

They tallied the bikers in four cities of the metropolis — Pasig, San Juan, Marikina and Quezon City — during the peak hours 6 to 8 am and 4 to 6pm. The MMC is a citizen-led bike and pedestrian count project which was participated in by 168 volunteers. 28 May 2021 -- We are looking for volunteers to help us count cyclists and pedestrians in Quezon City, Marikina City, San Juan City, and Pasig City on June 3, World Bicycle Day! Metro Manila Counts! (MMC) is a collaboration between the four city governments and ICSC, MNL Moves, The Climate Reality Project Philippines, 350.org Pilipinas, and Pinay Bike Commuter in response to the lack of regular data on non-motorized transport, particularly cycling and walking.
