ICSC, Bohol government join forces to advance climate action in the province
The Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC), represented by Executive Director Angelo Kairos dela Cruz, and the provincial government of Bohol, represented by Governor Erico Aristotle "Aris" Aumentado, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) showing their commitment to advance climate action and energy transition initiatives in the province. As indicated in the MOU, both parties will bring forward low-carbon solutions, through data-driven research and capacity building, and establish greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories in the province as a key component of their enhanced Local Climate Change Action Plan (eLCCAP). Building livable cities together: Southeast Asia Mobility Awards 2024 launched to promote sustainable transport
The Clean Mobility Collective Southeast Asia (CMC-SEA) announced the launch of the Southeast Asia Mobility Awards (SEAMA) 2024, an initiative that aims to recognize cities across the region for their excellence in creating sustainable, inclusive, and commuter-friendly urban mobility systems, on December 9 , 2024. SEAMA 2024 is a citizen-driven initiative encouraging participants to highlight their daily commuting experiences through visual storytelling.
